Join us for an in-person workshop, delivered by renowned reformer trainer Neil Dimmock.
Adding the Jumpboard to your Reformer classes can be an exciting prospect, but also quite daunting and difficult to manage the class dynamic from a trainer/teachers perspective. Within this workshop, Neil will break down the prerequisites to using the Jumpboard for those starting from a novice client, to understanding the spring sequences designed to challenge the more advanced client.

- Understand the dynamics of using the Jumpboard. The safety requirements of the jumpboard and client prerequisites.
- The principles of plyometric exercise: The benefits of plyometrics and the application of biomechanical awareness (foot, ankle, knee and hip), whilst using the Jumpboard.
- Spring dynamics: Understand the basic principles in spring dynamics and the influence over 'rebound timings'.
- Sequencing influences: Ideas to introduce the Jumpboard to your existing methods and sequencing 'flow' classes to maximise the impact of the Jumpboard.
