For students ready to start their Pilates teaching career, the LPA Full Pilates Teaching Diploma is designed to develop you into a confident, effective and fully qualified mat Pilates teacher. This is a foundational course that enables career progression into equipment specialisms, such as reformer, or special population specialisms, such as Perinatal. 

This course is designed to help you develop into a strong, capable, and successful teacher. You will:

Course structure

This diploma follows a blended learning model, balancing independent study with expert-led instruction. You can begin your training the moment you enrol, allowing you to build your foundation online with 8 interactive modules including lectures, practice quizzes, and worksheets. We recommend giving yourself 4-6 weeks so that you can spread out your learning over time.

Learn in person

Choose from weekday or weekend course dates and then join LPA for 6 intensive in-person training days. Each day will run from 9am to 5pm at the LPA mat education studio in Parsons Green. During these days you will build confidence, teaching skills, and friendships with other students on your course!

Assessments

Following your practical days, you'll complete your digital learner portfolio and prepare for your practical assessment. Practical assessments can be taken in person or easily filmed and submitted online. You will have full guidance on how to prepare, in addition to tutor support whenever you have a question.
