Jumpboard

The experience of using the Jumpboard is even more exciting once the method of plyometric exercise is taken on board. This enables the trainer to communicate more effectively and for the client to get the most out of this equipment.

In this workshop we cover how to structure a Jumpboard session plan, deliver a class, and provide cues for clients from novice to an experienced level.

You can participate within this session on a Reformer, or simply observe, taking all that’s offered on board, ready to use for your clients in studio.
