L3 Diploma in Exercise Referral

This specialised Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral qualification has been developed for mat Pilates and Reformer professionals to assist their clients with long-standing conditions to improve their health, increase levels of physical activity, and reduce the risk of reoccurrence. This course will give you everything you need to deliver safe and effective exercise programming for patients with a number of medical conditions, as well as common reasons for referral onto a community-based exercise referral scheme.

This course will enable you to receive patients referred from a physiotherapist, GP, or other healthcare professional as part of a clinical service offering. 

You need to have achieved a Level 3 Fitness Teaching Qualification to take this course such as a L3 Pilates or Personal Training qualification:

  • Two days in person instruction + one day of assessments
  • Unlimited access to the LPA learning portal
  • Complimentary access to the LPA Recruitment Programme, Pilates Job Board
  • All course materials included
