Master the use of props:
  • Learn how to make props the focal point of your class plans and integrate them into a wide variety of exercises. highlight their versatility.
  • Adapt for accessibility: Explore how props can modify exercises to be more accessible for different abilities.
  • Collaborative exploration: Engage in group activities to brainstorm creative ways to make props more exciting & dynamic.
  • Intensify your practice: Discover how to use props to challenge and intensify movements.
  • Go beyond the classics: Step outside the classical 34 pilates exercises and explore different contemporary exercises.
