Nadine McCann
Nadine's career in the fitness and wellness space has spanned across Belfast, London, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. With a background as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist within the NHS and over a decade in the global Pilates industry, Nadine combines clinical expertise with commercial strategy and brand development.
Nadine has led the launch and expansion of boutique fitness brands across the UK and Middle East, including senior roles with Studio Lagree UK and KARVE Ltd, where she oversaw recruitment, education, operations and international growth. Her true passion lies in trainer education — developing comprehensive training programmes, mentoring instructors, and raising industry standards across different markets and cultures.
Now back in Belfast, Nadine brings a global perspective, strong leadership experience, and a deep commitment to empowering trainers to deliver exceptional, intelligent and results-driven movement experiences.
