Biomechanics for Real World Application

This 4-hour workshop is designed for qualified Pilates instructors looking to deepen their understanding of biomechanics and apply it more effectively in their teaching. Moving beyond theory, we will explore how biomechanical principles influence movement patterns, exercise selection, cueing, and client outcomes in a real-world teaching setting.

What to Expect:
  • Through practical examples, movement analysis, and case-based discussions, learn how to identify common compensations
  • Understand the "why" behind movement dysfunction
  • Make informed programming decisions for a wide range of clients, with particular focus on group settings
  • Biomechanical concepts translated into simple, actionable strategies that improve teaching confidence, exercise effectiveness, and client results.

This workshop is deal for instructors seeking to bridge the gap between knowledge gained during certification and the practical application of this in both mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions.
