Perinatal Certification

Designed for pilates professionals, this Level 3 Award in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity (Practitioner) course is delivered over three days and includes fully-endorsed certification by YMCA Awards and CIMSPA.

This course includes 2 days in studio, a practical assessment as well as of at-home study.

Unlike other courses, this certification includes both theory as well as practical application to your pilates teaching practice.

To attend this course, you must meet the following pre-requisite:
  • An accredited level 2 or above certificate in fitness instructing, sports coaching, or equivalent
