Meet the instructor
Leah Willoughby
Before founding her own studio, Wellness Pilates, Leah had been working as a Reformer instructor, and leading the Ante and Post Natal department for a high-end boutique fitness company in Central London for many years. Within this role, and others, Leah has worked alongside physiotherapists to build programs to support a multitude of different clients.
Leah is especially passionate about the physical, social, and mental health benefits that her classes provide. Her number one goal is to improve quality of life by creating an environment where clients can relax, release tension, have fun and make friends, all whilst priming their bodies to alleviate aches, pains and postural imbalances.
